Speudio handles the most sensitive thing you have: your customer mail. Here is exactly what we do, and what we never do.
Read-only on your mailbox
We import a copy to work with. Speudio never deletes, moves, or sends anything from your inbox.
No human reads your data
Your emails and files are processed automatically. Our staff do not read your imported mail.
Not used to train AI models
We never train AI models on your mail, and neither do our providers. At OpenAI that is the API default; at Cohere we switched it off in their data controls. The only exception is an answer you choose to flag, which helps us improve Speudio's own assistant and is deleted within 90 days.
Hosted in Europe
The app, the database and your files run on our own servers in Sweden, inside the EU. AI features send content to the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Yours to export or delete
Download everything, or delete your account, whenever you want. You own your data.
Encrypted, recoverable backups
Off-site backups are encrypted, so the storage provider and anyone else can’t read them. They exist only to bring your account back if something ever fails.
