Terms of Service

Version 3.2 Last updated: 27 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Speudio (the "Service"), available at speudio.com. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, accepting an account invitation, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English, which is the authoritative version. Swedish

and Greek translations may be provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the

English version prevails.

1. Parties and acceptance

1.1 The Service is provided by SK Creations, a Swedish sole proprietorship (enskild firma) with its registered address at Hagvägen 41, 194 40 Upplands Väsby, Sweden ("we", "us", "our"). Our business registration details are available on request via info@speudio.com.

1.2 The Service is offered to businesses only (the "Customer", "you", "your"): you use it in the course of a business, trade, or profession, and you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business on whose behalf you use it. At present we offer paid plans to businesses established in Sweden. If you are nevertheless a consumer (a private individual acting outside a business), nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Swedish or EU law; where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, the right prevails.

1.3 Account creation. Accounts are opened by us on request. Every new account starts with a free trial (Section 4.1), and no payment details are required. When we open your account you receive an invitation link to set your password. By completing account setup, signing in, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service and contact us to close the account.

1.4 No consumer right of withdrawal. Because the Service is sold to businesses only, the right of withdrawal for consumers under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen 2005:59) does not apply. This does not limit any mandatory right described in Section 1.2.

2. The Service

2.1 Speudio is a read-only inbox-to-CRM service: it connects to a mailbox you designate (via IMAP or OAuth with read-only access), imports emails and attachments, builds contact profiles ("customer memory") from that material, and provides AI-assisted features over that data (such as summaries, contact information extraction, and question answering).

2.2 Read-only commitment. The Service never modifies, deletes, moves, marks, or sends email from your connected mailbox. All imported content is a copy held in your Speudio account; your mailbox remains untouched and fully under the control of you and your mail provider. Microsoft mailboxes are connected with a read-only permission (Mail.Read). Gmail and other providers are read over IMAP with every folder opened in read-only mode, so the connection cannot carry a write command. Gmail is connected with an app password you create in your Google account; such a password is not limited to reading at Google's end, so the restriction is enforced by the way the Service connects, and you can revoke the password in your Google account at any time. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

2.3 Your mail provider (for example Google, Microsoft, or another provider) is your own service under your own agreement with that provider. We are not a party to that agreement, and you are responsible for ensuring that connecting your mailbox to the Service is permitted under it.

2.4 We may improve, adjust, or extend the Service over time. Material changes that affect your use of the Service are handled as described in Section 12.

3. Accounts and security

3.1 You must provide accurate and current information for your account (including a working login email address) and keep it up to date.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account recovery codes confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Passwords are stored by us only in hashed form; we cannot recover a lost password, only reset it.

3.3 You must notify us promptly at info@speudio.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any other security incident affecting the Service.

3.4 Accounts are personal to the Customer and may not be shared with, sold, or transferred to any third party without our prior written consent.

4. Plans, fees, and changes

4.1 Plans and the free trial. The Service is offered in the following paid plans: Solo, Pro, and Business. Every new account starts with a free trial of seven (7) days, or another length we agree with you, with the features and limits of the Pro plan. The trial costs nothing and does not turn into a paid plan by itself. To continue after the trial, you ask us for a paid plan and we set it up for you (Section 4.3).

4.2 Each plan includes defined limits — for example on the number of connected mailboxes, the amount of storage the plan holds (Solo 3 GB, Pro 6 GB, Business 25 GB; a trial has the Pro figure), and AI usage (see Section 5.3). The AI also reads a limited number of photos: of the photos in mail that arrived before a mailbox was connected, it reads at most 1,000 on Solo, 3,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Business (500 during a trial), newest first; photos that arrive later are read within the plan's own photo allowance. Storage is the only limit your plan places on how much an account holds: no plan limits the number of emails. Separately from the plans, one service-wide fair-use ceiling on stored messages applies to every account alike, whatever plan it is on; it is described in Section 5.5. The storage figure covers the email the Service has imported and the files that arrived with it, counted together and measured as your own mail provider measures them; the search index, and the other data the Service derives from your mail in order to run, are not counted against it. The figure is a ceiling: what has been brought into the Service stays there, and nothing is removed or hidden to make room for something newer. When a plan is full, the Service stops adding new email and tells you; that mail is untouched in your own mailbox, and moving to a plan with a higher limit lets the Service take it in. Current plan limits are shown in the Service and/or communicated to you when your account is set up or your plan changes.

4.3 Prices, VAT, and invoicing. A paid plan is paid by invoice, monthly or yearly in advance, as you choose. Prices are in Swedish kronor and exclude VAT (moms); VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate, currently 25%. A year costs the same as ten (10) months. The current prices are shown on our pricing page. Unless the invoice states otherwise, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. If an invoice is paid late, we may charge interest on late payment under the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen 1975:635) and the statutory reminder fee, and we may suspend the account as described in Section 11.3. No card or bank details are entered in the Service. Where we agree different fees or payment terms with you in writing, including by email, those apply.

4.4 We may change plan prices or plan limits with reasonable advance notice, at least 30 days before the change applies to you. A price change never affects a period already invoiced; it applies from the next period. A change to plan limits that would materially reduce what an already-invoiced period includes is not applied to that period. If you do not accept a change, you may end your plan before it applies, as described in Section 4.5.

4.5 Duration, changes, and ending a plan. A paid plan runs for the period invoiced (a month or a year) and continues period by period, with a new invoice for each period, until you or we end it. You end it by writing to info@speudio.com before the next period starts; the plan then runs to the end of the period already invoiced, and no further invoice is sent. Moving to a higher plan applies as soon as we confirm it, and we invoice the price difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a lower plan applies from the start of the next period. If the plan you are moving to has less storage than your account is using, we tell you before the change, with the figures.

When a free trial ends without a paid plan, or a paid plan ends, the account is locked: you can still sign in, but you cannot use the Service until a paid plan is set up. Nothing you have imported is deleted, hidden, or changed while an account is locked, and everything is available again as soon as a paid plan is set up. If the account was locked because a free trial ended, it is kept for 90 days from the end of the trial and is then deleted together with its data; we email you 7 days and 1 day before, and setting up a plan in that time keeps everything. You can ask us at any time to delete a locked account and its data sooner (Section 11.2).

Data that no longer fits inside a lower plan's storage limit is not removed, hidden or locked. It stays exactly as readable as it was, and the account simply sits above its limit: the Service stops adding new email until the account is back under the limit, which you reach by moving to a plan that fits it or by freeing space yourself. Nothing you have imported is ever deleted to make room. Your saved AI conversations are not affected either. Ending your account yourself is covered by Section 11.2.

4.6 Refunds. Fees for a period that has been invoiced are not refundable, except where mandatory law gives you a right to a refund or where we agree to one. Where a refund is due, we make it to the account the payment came from, and we confirm it by email.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the Service to process content that is unlawful for you to hold or process, or in a way that infringes the rights of others (including data-protection, confidentiality, and intellectual-property rights);
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our infrastructure, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, plan limits, usage caps, or security measures;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our prior written consent; or
  • use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape or bulk-extract the Service other than through the data-export feature provided in-app.

5.2 Connected mailbox. You warrant that you are authorised to connect the mailbox you designate and to have its contents processed by the Service, and that doing so complies with applicable law and any agreements binding on you (including your obligations as a data controller — see Section 6).

5.3 AI fair use. AI-assisted features are subject to per-plan fair-use caps (including usage and budget limits per billing period). The caps applicable to your plan are shown in the Service and/or communicated to you (see Section 4.2). When a cap is reached, the relevant AI features pause until the next period or a plan change; the rest of the Service remains available. We may take reasonable measures against abusive or anomalous AI usage that threatens the integrity or economics of the Service.

5.4 If your use of the Service breaches this Section 5, we may suspend or terminate your access as described in Section 11.

5.5 Stored-message fair use. The Service holds at most 1,000,000 messages per account, across all of that account's connected mailboxes together. This is a technical fair-use ceiling that protects the shared infrastructure, not a feature of any plan: it is the same figure on every plan and during a trial, no plan raises or lowers it, and a plan change has no effect on it. It sits far above what any plan's storage figure can hold, so ordinary use of the Service does not approach it. If an account reaches the ceiling, the Service stops adding new email and tells you in the app; everything already imported stays exactly as it is, nothing is removed or hidden, and the new mail is untouched in your own mailbox. Deleting or deactivating contacts frees room and mail resumes. Reaching this ceiling is not in itself a breach of this Section 5. If you have a legitimate need for more, contact us and we will discuss it with you.

6. Customer data and privacy

6.1 Your data is yours. As between you and us, you retain all rights, title, and interest in the content you import into the Service (emails, attachments, and metadata from your connected mailbox) and the data derived from it within your account (contact profiles, notes, AI-derived material) (together, "Customer Data"). We claim no ownership of Customer Data.

6.2 You grant us the limited right to host, copy, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service for you, consistent with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement.

6.3 Roles under data-protection law. For Customer Data — which typically contains personal data relating to your own contacts and customers — you are the controller and we are your processor under Article 28 GDPR. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms. For the data we hold about you as our customer (login email, name, plan, usage, and security records), we are the controller, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.4 You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you import and of your instruction to process it — including having an appropriate lawful basis and providing any required information to the individuals whose data appears in your mailbox.

6.5 Self-service data export (full JSON) and account deletion (immediate, hard delete) are available in the Service at Settings → Privacy, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.6 We never sell personal data, we never send marketing email to your contacts, we do not use Customer Data to train AI models, and humans do not read your email content in the ordinary course of providing the Service (AI features process it programmatically). Details, including the list of sub-processors, are set out in the Privacy Policy and the DPA.

6.7 Supervisory authority. Our competent data-protection supervisory authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se). The Privacy Policy describes data-subject rights in detail, including the right to lodge a complaint with IMY or your local EU supervisory authority.

7. AI features disclaimer

7.1 The Service includes AI-assisted features (such as summaries, extracted contact details, captions, and answers to questions about your data). AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, including in ways that are not obvious.

7.2 AI output is provided to assist you; it is not professional advice (legal, financial, tax, medical, or otherwise) and is not a substitute for your own judgment. You must verify AI output against the underlying source material before relying on it. Where the Service links AI answers to underlying emails, contacts, or attachments, those links are generated automatically as a verification aid; they may themselves be incorrect and do not replace your own review of the source material.

7.3 AI features do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect about any individual; they only assist you, and any decision based on them is yours.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 The Service — including its software, design, user interface, documentation, and all related intellectual-property rights — is and remains our property (or that of our licensors). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal purposes during the term of your account, and no other rights.

8.2 Customer Data remains yours, as set out in Section 6.1. Feedback or suggestions you choose to give us about the Service may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you.

8.3 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

9. Availability and support

9.1 We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it available. However, the Service is provided without an uptime service-level agreement (SLA) at this stage, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and unplanned incidents may temporarily affect availability.

9.2 Support is provided in a reasonable-efforts manner via info@speudio.com. We do not commit to specific response times at this stage.

9.3 Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Section limits Section 10.3.

10. Liability

10.1 Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you are on a free trial or have otherwise paid no fees in that period, our liability is correspondingly limited to zero, except as provided in Section 10.3.

10.2 Excluded damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data (other than our obligations regarding Customer Data under the DPA), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 No exclusion where prohibited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Swedish law.

10.4 Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the consequences of decisions you make in reliance on the Service, including AI output (see Section 7), and for your own compliance with laws applicable to your business and your Customer Data (see Sections 5 and 6).

11. Term and termination

11.1 These Terms apply from the moment you first accept them (Section 1.3) and remain in force for as long as you have an account.

11.2 Termination by you. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete account, or by writing to info@speudio.com (for example while the account is locked). Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your account and all Customer Data are hard-deleted as described in the Privacy Policy (completed at most within 24 hours), and any imported copies of attachments are removed. We recommend using the data-export feature first. Ending a paid plan is covered by Section 4.5. Deleting your account ends your access immediately, and fees for the period already invoiced are not refunded unless we agree otherwise or mandatory law requires a refund (Section 4.6).

11.3 Suspension and termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if (a) you materially breach these Terms (including Section 5), (b) agreed fees remain unpaid after a reminder, or (c) we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give you prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before suspending or terminating; in cases of serious abuse, security risk, or legal compulsion we may act immediately and notify you afterwards.

11.4 Effect of termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to use the Service ends and your account data and Customer Data are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6.1, 8, 10, and 13) survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time — for example to reflect new features, changes to how you pay for the Service (Section 4.3), legal requirements, or operational changes.

12.2 For material changes, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email to your account address or a prominent notice in the Service) before the changes take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may terminate as described in Section 11.2 before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12.3 Each version of these Terms is identified by a version number and "last updated" date at the top of this document.

12.4 Version 1.1 (22 July 2026) restates the read-only commitment in Section 2.2 provider by provider. The commitment itself is unchanged; the wording is now precise about which permission each provider grants, because Google's consent screen shows a broader scope than the Service uses.

12.5 Version 1.2 (22 July 2026) corrects the Free-plan email window in Section 4.2 from 2,000 to the 200 most recent emails, which is the limit the Service actually applies, and adds Section 4.5 on subscription duration and automatic renewal, cross-referenced from Section 11.2. No other rights or obligations change.

12.6 Version 1.3 (25 July 2026) rewrites the billing sections around the payment method the Service actually uses. A paid plan is now bought with Swish as a prepaid one-time purchase of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. It does not renew automatically, nothing is charged again, and there is nothing to cancel, which replaces the subscription and automatic-renewal wording in the previous version (Sections 1.3, 4.1, 4.3, and 4.5). Section 4.3 now states that prices are in Swedish kronor inclusive of VAT and how receipts and invoices are issued. Section 4.5 also explains what happens when a period ends, including the roughly twelve-month window during which data above the Free limits is kept greyed out before it is removed. Section 4.6 on refunds is new. Section 1.4 replaces the previous statement that no payment existed with a real right-of-withdrawal clause for consumers, and Section 11.2 is aligned with Section 4.5.

12.7 Version 1.4 (25 July 2026) changes two things in Section 4.5. First, the window during which data above the Free limits is kept greyed out before it is removed is about two months instead of the roughly twelve months stated in version 1.3, and the reminders before removal now come 14 days, 3 days, and 1 day beforehand instead of 30, 7, and 1. Section 4.5 also now states, which the previous version did not, that removal takes the emails out of Speudio only, that they remain in your own mailbox throughout, and that saved AI conversations are not removed. Second, Section 4.5 now sets out when a plan can be bought: the plan you are already on can be bought again at any time and the months stack, while a different plan is bought once your current period ends. This protects paid months from being converted into another plan in either direction. No other rights or obligations change.

12.8 Version 1.5 (26 July 2026) rewrites the email limit in Section 4.2. Every plan now states the number of emails it holds (Free 5,000, Solo 50,000, Pro 150,000, Business 400,000) where the paid plans previously stated no limit at all, and the Free plan's figure is a ceiling of 5,000 rather than the moving window of 200 most recent emails in version 1.4. The mechanism changes with it and in your favour: email brought into the Service is no longer removed or hidden to make room for newer email, and a full plan stops taking in new email instead. No other rights or obligations change.

12.9 Version 1.6 (26 July 2026) lowers three of the four email figures in Section 4.2, which were introduced in version 1.5 earlier the same day and were not in force before it. Solo now holds 25,000 emails in place of 50,000, Pro 60,000 in place of 150,000, and Business 100,000 in place of 400,000. The Free plan's 5,000 is unchanged. Every plan still holds far more email than a typical mailbox contains, and nothing else in Section 4.2 changes: the figure is still a ceiling and not a moving window, email brought into the Service is still never removed or hidden to make room for a newer email, and a full plan still stops taking in new email instead. No other rights or obligations change.

12.10 Version 1.7 (26 July 2026) rewrites how a different plan is bought, in Section 4.5, and adds a cancellation right to Section 4.6. Version 1.4 said a different plan could only be bought once the current period had ended. That is no longer how the Service works, in either direction. A higher plan now takes effect immediately, with the value remaining on your current plan credited as additional time on the new one. A lower plan is now bought and paid for at any time and starts when your current period ends, for the full number of months bought, so you no longer pass through the Free plan to reach a cheaper one. One such waiting purchase may be held at a time, and buying your current or a higher plan while one waits moves its start date rather than cancelling it. Section 4.5 also now states that we show you, before you pay, what the purchase costs, when it starts and ends, and whether the plan you are moving to holds fewer emails than your account currently holds. Section 4.6 now provides that a waiting purchase may be cancelled at any time before its start date for a full refund, and states that Swish refunds are made by hand. These changes add rights and remove a restriction; no obligation is added.

12.11 Version 1.8 (27 July 2026) removes the grey-out entirely from Section 4.5. Data above the Free limits was previously kept but shown greyed out and locked for about two months, with reminders at 14, 3 and 1 days, and was then permanently removed from Speudio. None of that happens any more. Nothing you have imported is removed, hidden or locked at any point, on any plan. An account above its limit simply stops taking in new email until it is back under, which you reach by moving to a plan that fits it or by freeing space yourself. This change only removes a way for you to lose access to your data; it takes nothing away.

12.12 Version 1.9 (8 August 2026) removes the email count from Section 4.2 and leaves storage as the only limit on how much an account holds. Every plan previously stated a number of emails it held (Free 5,000, Solo 25,000, Pro 60,000, Business 100,000). That figure is gone, and the number of emails a plan holds is no longer limited at all. What remains is the storage figure — Free 3 GB, Solo 15 GB, Pro 30 GB, Business 50 GB — which covers your imported email and the files that arrived with it, counted together and measured as your own mail provider measures them; what the Service derives from your mail in order to run is not counted against it. Nothing else in Section 4.2 changes: the figure is still a ceiling and not a moving window, nothing brought into the Service is ever removed or hidden to make room for something newer, and a full plan still stops taking in new email and tells you. Section 4.5 follows the same axis: where we previously told you, before you bought a lower plan, whether that plan held fewer emails than your account, we now tell you whether it has less storage than your account is currently using, with the figures. The storage figure is stated expressly in these Terms for the first time; it already applied to every plan and was previously covered only by the general reference to the limits shown in the Service. This version removes a limit and adds none.

12.13 Version 2.0 (8 August 2026) adds Section 5.5, a stored-message fair-use ceiling of 1,000,000 messages per account, and corrects Section 4.2 to point at it. This is the one limit version 1.9 did not describe, and it is deliberately not a plan feature: the figure is identical on Free, Solo, Pro, and Business, no plan raises or lowers it, and changing plan does not change it. It exists because the storage figure in Section 4.2 measures the SIZE of your mail, while the infrastructure cost of holding a message is largely the same whatever that message weighs, so a very large number of very small messages is the one shape a storage figure cannot bound. The ceiling sits far above what any plan's storage can hold, so no ordinary use of the Service approaches it, and reaching it is not a breach of Section 5. The behaviour at the ceiling is the same as at a full plan and is unchanged in kind: new email stops being added and you are told in the app, everything already imported stays exactly as it is, nothing is removed or hidden, and the mail waits untouched in your own mailbox. Section 4.2 previously said the number of emails "is not limited"; that remains true of every PLAN and is now stated that way, with the service-wide ceiling described separately. This version adds one limit and removes none.

12.14 Version 3.0 (25 September 2026) changes how the Service is sold. The Free plan and payment with Swish are withdrawn. Every new account is opened by us on request and starts with a free trial of seven days at the Pro level (Section 4.1). Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Business) are paid by invoice, monthly or yearly, in Swedish kronor excluding VAT, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date unless the invoice says otherwise (Section 4.3), and continue period by period until either side ends them (Section 4.5). When a trial or a plan ends, the account is locked and nothing is deleted (Section 4.5). The Service is now offered to businesses only (Section 1.2), so the consumer right-of-withdrawal clause is replaced (Section 1.4) and the Swish refund rules are removed (Section 4.6). An account can also be deleted by writing to us (Section 11.2). Existing Free accounts keep working as they are.

12.15 Version 3.1 (25 September 2026) lowers the storage each plan holds in Section 4.2: Solo from 15 GB to 10 GB, Pro from 30 GB to 15 GB and Business from 50 GB to 30 GB. A trial has the Pro figure. As Section 4.2 already says, nothing that has been brought into the Service is removed: an account above its new figure keeps everything, and new email is added again once it is under the figure or on a larger plan.

12.16 Version 3.2 (27 September 2026) makes three changes. Section 4.2 lowers the storage each plan holds, Solo from 10 GB to 3 GB, Pro from 15 GB to 6 GB and Business from 30 GB to 25 GB (a trial has the Pro figure), and adds a limit on how many photos from mail that arrived before a mailbox was connected the AI reads: 1,000 on Solo, 3,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Business, newest first. Nothing already brought into the Service is removed. Section 4.5 says that an account locked because its free trial ended is deleted 90 days after the trial ended, with an email 7 days and 1 day before; until this version such an account was kept with no end date. Section 2.2 says that Gmail is connected with an app password.

13. Governing law, venue, and miscellaneous

13.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the substantive laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13.2 Venue. The courts of Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, with the district court (tingsrätt) competent for our registered address as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13.3 English version prevails. These Terms are authoritative in English; translations are for convenience only (see the language note at the top of this document).

13.4 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, and any written plan/fee agreement between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede prior discussions on the same subject.

13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its commercial intent.

13.6 No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

13.7 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the business operating the Service, subject to notice to you.
