Common questions
What if my mailbox is huge?
No problem. Each plan holds a set amount of space for mail and files together, and that is the only limit. If it fills up, new mail stops coming in and waits in your own mailbox. More in Help
How does the free trial work?
Ask us and we open an account for you with everything in Pro, free for 7 days. No card and no commitment. If you want to keep going, choose a plan and we send you an invoice. If not, the account is locked when the trial ends and nothing is charged. More in Help
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Write to info@speudio.com with the plan you want. A bigger plan applies as soon as we confirm it, and we invoice the difference for the days left in the period. A smaller plan applies once the current period ends. Your data is always kept when you move between plans. More in Help
Can I use Speudio outside Sweden?
Not yet. For now our plans are for businesses in Sweden, invoiced in Swedish kronor. If you are somewhere else and interested, write to info@speudio.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. More in Help
How does Speudio find an email when I can't remember the words?
Speudio searches by word and by meaning at once. Ask "what's the price for the patio?" and it also finds Anna's email about "quote for the back garden tiling". This runs on every AI question, on every plan. More in Help
How long until I can search images by content after I import?
Speudio reads your images in the background after the import. A typical mailbox is ready in under half an hour, a very large one in a few hours. Search by filename or sender works the whole time. More in Help
Is my data safe? Does Speudio touch my inbox?
No. Speudio only reads your mailbox and never sends, moves or deletes anything. Your data lives on our own servers in Sweden; AI features send content to the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Mailbox credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and all traffic runs over TLS. More in Help
Do you keep my old emails?
Yes. Nothing ages out of your history: Speudio never removes an old email to make room for a new one. When a plan is full, new mail stops coming in and we tell you. More in Help
What about big attachments?
One file can be up to 25 MB on Solo and Pro, and 60 MB on Business. A bigger file is skipped and shown greyed out; the email itself still comes in. Share big files with a link instead. More in Help
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email info@speudio.com any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have been invoiced for and is not renewed after that. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: the account is locked, and everything comes back if you start a plan again later. If you would rather have everything deleted, tell us and we will do it.
