Fill contact details with AI
At the top of any contact's info panel there's a small gold "Get contact info with AI" button. Click it and Speudio reads that contact's correspondence and fills in the blanks on their profile for you, so you don't have to copy details out of emails by hand.
What it reads
It looks at the contact's recent emails (including the signatures at the bottom, where phone numbers, job titles and addresses usually live) and at the documents you've exchanged with them (invoices, offers and contracts). PDFs often spell out facts the email body never does (an org number, a billing address, the names on an invoice), so they're read too.
What it fills, including your custom fields
It fills the standard contact details (phone, job title, company, address and website) and, just as importantly, your own custom fields (the "Custom" section on the contact, and any fields you defined in Settings → Contact fields). For example, if you've added a custom field called "Partner" with the description "the contact's spouse or partner", the AI will look for that person in the emails and the ROT lines inside invoices and suggest a value, not just the built-in phone/company boxes. The clearer a custom field's description, the better the AI fills it; Speudio can even write that description for you (the ✨ button when you create or edit a field).
You confirm everything
A suggestion for a custom field appears with a sparkle ✨ and Accept / Dismiss buttons next to a "where the AI found this" source link, so you see exactly where it came from before you keep it. Accepting locks the value in; dismissing throws it away. Standard built-in fields are filled only when they're empty, and a field you've locked (or hidden on this contact) is left completely alone.
It only fills the right person's details
Email threads and documents often mention other people: a colleague, a family member, a third party an email is merely about. The AI is strict about whose detail it is: it only fills a field when the value clearly belongs to this contact (or, for a "partner/spouse" field, the specific person that field describes). A phone number or ID number sitting next to someone else's name is never used as the contact's own. When ownership is at all unclear, it leaves the field blank rather than guess.
When it's available
Filling contact details uses AI, which every plan includes. It also can't run on a paused mailbox (the button shows a lock and points you to upgrade instead). Each run is small and counts toward the same monthly AI budget as the rest of the assistant. If a contact has no emails yet, or every field is already locked or filled, you'll simply be told there was nothing new to add.
