Downloading your files
Any file Speudio has stored can be downloaded: one at a time on every plan, and in bulk as a single ZIP.
Single files
Click any file or photo to open its preview; the download button there saves that one file.
Bulk download
- Photo results: a wall of photo thumbnails in search results gets a Download all button above it, which saves that whole wall. Over an Iris answer the button reads Download shown instead: the strip holds the photos that answer used, not every photo you have. Want just a few of those? Press Select: every thumbnail gets a tick circle, tap to pick, use Select all to grab everything at once, and download just your picks.
- A contact's Files: the Select files toggle in the Files panel turns on checkboxes: pick files (or "Select all" for everything matching your current filter and search) and press Download. Works for every file type.
- One email's attachments: an email carrying several files gets its own Download all next to the attachment chips.
- Cited documents: when an AI answer cites several documents, a Download button under the answer saves the cited set.
Each bulk download is capped at 1 GB or 300 files and runs one at a time; for bigger sets, download in batches.
