Forwarded mail
Some people get a copy of everything that arrives in a shared mailbox, for example a club's info@ address that automatically forwards every incoming email on to several board members. Speudio can show you all of that mail inside that person's conversation, so you see the full picture of what they receive.
Turning it on
Open the contact, find Email forwarding in their info panel, and switch on "Receives all incoming mail (forwarded)". You're asked right away to pick a "Forwarding since" date: only mail received on or after that date is shown, so set it to when the forwarding was actually set up. A contact you mark today won't pull in years of old mail. You can also mark (or unmark) someone from the ⋮ / right-click menu anywhere (on their card in the contacts list or on the open contact's header), not only from this options panel.
How it looks
Their conversation then also lists every incoming email to that mailbox. Each forwarded message is clearly marked "forwarded copy" and shows its real sender, so it is never confused with mail the contact wrote themselves. A compact note at the top of the conversation reminds you forwarding is on, and, when there are forwarded copies, a small show / hide toggle on that same line lets you reveal or hide them in that conversation, handy when you only want the contact's own replies in view. Hiding is a per-conversation view choice on this device; it never turns forwarding off (do that from the contact's info panel). The AI assistantunderstands the difference too: it treats a forwarded copy as mail the contact can see, not as their own words.
Following a busy thread
Forwarded mailboxes often carry conversations between several people at once. Each message also shows who it was actually addressed to, so a copy that reached you without your address in To or Cc is never mistaken for mail meant for you.
Good to know
Speudio can't detect forwarding on its own (a forwarded email looks like an ordinary message from the original sender), so you decide which contacts to mark. You are responsible for making sure your forwarding setup is allowed (for example, that the people involved are aware of it). You can turn it off at any time, from the contact's options or from the note in the conversation; nothing is changed in your real mailbox.
