Sending feedback

Have a quick thought, want to report a bug, or have an idea to share? Send it straight from the app. Open the Help (?) menu at the top of the sidebar and choose Send feedback (on a phone: More → Send feedback). Feedback is one-way. For a question you want an answer to, or a problem you need fixed for you, raise a support ticket instead.

Writing your note

Type what's on your mind. The more specific you are, the more useful it is: what you expected, what happened, and where. A note on its own is plenty; a screenshot is optional.

Adding a screenshot

Click Add a screenshot. Your browser first asks what to share, so choose this tab, and Speudio captures the page as a photo you can mark up. The feedback window itself is left out of the shot, so you get exactly what you were looking at.

Drawing on it

After the capture you can mark it up: pick the pen or the rectangle, choose a colour, and draw on anything you want to point out. Undo removes the last mark and Clear starts over. Click Done when it looks right, or Discard to drop the drawing.

Sending

Click Send feedback and it goes straight to our team along with your note and the marked-up screenshot. Everyone can send feedback, on every plan.
