Service-relayed email

Lots of business mail isn't written by a person; it's sent on your behalf by a service. A common example: you raise an invoice in a tool like Fortnox, it emails the invoice to your customer, and sends a copy to your own mailbox. Left alone, that copy would look like incoming mail from the tool. Speudio recognizes what it really is.

How Speudio files it

When a message is sent from an automated service to one of your customers and copied to you, Speudio treats it as an outgoing message you sent to that customer, so it lands in the right conversation, on your side, instead of creating a confusing contact for the service. The message carries a small "via <service>" badge so you can see it went out through a tool rather than from your own hand. This detection is deliberately cautious: it only fires when the signs are unmistakable, so ordinary mail is never mislabelled.

Where auto-detected services live

The services themselves (invoicing tools, newsletters, notification robots) are gathered under Archive → Services rather than mixed in with the people you correspond with. If one of them is actually someone you want to track, restore it from there and it becomes a normal contact. See Archive sections.
